For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We accept most PPO dental insurance plans; however, we do not accept HMO plans or Medi-Cal/Medicare. As a courtesy to our patients with dental insurance, our knowledgeable front office team will complete and submit claims to your insurance carrier on your behalf.

Before beginning treatment, we make every effort to provide an estimate of your out-of-pocket costs so you can plan accordingly. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior financial arrangements have been made. Most insurance companies respond within four to six weeks, and you will receive monthly statements reflecting any remaining balance.

Please note that you are responsible for all fees not covered by your insurance provider. If additional services are required outside of our office, such as laboratory work or biopsies, those providers will bill you directly and payment will be your responsibility.
